DNAVision is an official service provider for the Illumina (CSPro certified in progress) GoldenGate assays using standard or custom SNP marker sets, thereby meeting the requirements of any study. Custom SNP pools for the GoldenGate assay can be created in panels ranging in size from 96 to 1,536 SNPs.
DNAVision also offers genotyping service using the Illumina Infinium BeadArray products. Infinium technology is an extremely high throughput SNP genotyping system that allows the identification and scoring of up to one million SNPs per DNA samples, using either standard or custom SNP panels. To date, numerous standard infinium chips based on human sequence are available (HumanHap300-duo, 300-duo+, 240S, Exon510S-duo, 550+, 550-duo, 650Y, 1M, CNV370-duo, NS-12, Linkage-12 …). Standard chips also exists for bovine (50k SNP) and canine (20k SNP) genotyping. For specific studies, either on human or on any other organism, Custom Infinium chips represent the most flexible solutions to precisely adapt the SNP query (from 7,000 to 60,000 SNPs) to your particular needs.
Today, whole-genome association studies allow understanding of the genetics of complex disease or drug response. Illumina Infinium BeadArray can provide you with results for different applications, including cancer genetics, linkage disequilibrium, family-based association studies, chromosomal copy number change analysis, and population genetics.
