DNAVision provide sequencing service using the Illumina HiSeq 2000. DNAVision was one of the first sequencing service provider using the breakthrough Illumina HiSeq 2000 technology. Currently, DNAVision has two HiSeq 2000 running in-house and an extensive bio-informatic pipeline for data quality control, management and analysis.

DNAVision is more than a reliable  analytical partner. We also provide an integrated service from  experimental design to in-depth biostatistical and bioinformatical analyses of your nextgen sequencing results.

Several options have been developed and are now available:

• Throughput: More than 300 gigabases per run
• Multiplexing: Ability to analyze several libraries in a single channel
• Long read: Up to 100 bp (and growing…)
• Paired-ends: Sequencing inserts using forward and reverse primers
