The DNAVision offices and laboratories were set up in January 2004 in new facilities, including state-of-the-art molecular biology laboratories in Charleroi (Belgium).
In addition to standard facilities (storage areas, hot rooms, cold rooms, etc.), there are modern laboratories with working areas, separated to avoid DNA contamination (e.g.separate sample preparation, pre-and post-PCR areas.)
DNAVision has a wide range of equipment for genomic analyses, including ABI genetic analysers, real time PCR equipments, Affymetrix, Illumina, Luminex, Agilent platforms, Pyrosequencing, robots, etc.). Thanks to our location and our collaborations with private and public partners, we also have access to other state-of-the-art equipment.
All our equipment are qualified and maintained by a dedicated team from our Quality Assurance department.
