Quality Analysis

As an ISO17025 company, quality analysis is a trademark of DNAVision. Each  type of analysis (Genome Sequencing, exome sequencing, RNA-Seq, Metagenome sequencing ...) and technology (Roche FLX, Illumina HiSeq200, Solid) has its specific QC (Quality Control) methods and metrics. We have developed tools based on the experience gained during the projects run at DNAVision from many years.
