Use of genetic markers to identify food components

Identification of food ingredients is done by specific genetic markers. By the use of very sensitive biomolecular assays, DNAVision SA can identify the presence of contaminant species in raw materials or processed foods (i. e. pork into pure beef hamburgers, fruit juice composition, etc.).
